In 2005 I qualified from a course in Complementary therapies at Pembrokeshire college in Wales, I went on to work in a day spa for 3 years on the Isle of Wight (where I grew up). Since then, along with my travels, I have spent 5 years living in Canada, almost 6 years in Switzerland and multiple times in Scotland (probably equating to about 4 years) always keeping my hand in with treatments; working in hotel spas, salons and doing treatments from home. Most recently I was a massage therapist and host in the spa at the Newt in Somerset for just over 3 and a half years. 

I have trained in many different modalities, including Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Hot stone massage, Myofascial release, Lomi lomi, Facials of all kinds and Natural rejuvenation facial massage. Every treatment I give I tailor to the needs of the individual. 

I have also worked with many different product companies over the years including Dermalogica, Elemis, Molton Brown, Eminence, Organic pharmacy and Linda Merdith.

I am also currently taking a course in sound healing with The Academy of Sound Healing, I am a student of Forest Bathing through Nature and Therapy based in Devon and am an NLP practioner and life coach.
