Indian head massage
Indian head massage focuses on the scalp, face, neck and shoulders. While you are lying cocooned on the treatment couch, I will use a nourishing grapeseed oil to work on the tension so many of us hold in these areas. Using both gentle and stimulating movements to promote both relaxation and a refreshed feeling that also helps with stimulating hair growth and health.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a wonderful treatment focusing on the feet; applying pressure to specific points to aid in promoting relaxation and improve overall wellbeing for body and mind. You will be sitting or lying on the treatment couch, fully clothed and wrapped in a blanket for comfort making this a lovely treatment for those looking for some pampering but are new to treatments or are not a fan of massage.

Aroma massage with a choice of four Neal’s Yard Remedies expertly blended aromatherapy massage oils; during your consultation you will have the chance to smell and choose which oil you feel most drawn to that day and that oil will be used throughout your treatment.
Aromatic massage oil: Certified 100% organic. Skin nourishing base of sunflower, almond and wheatgerm oils with relaxing lavender, uplifting geranium and warming marjoram essential oils to relax and balance body and mind.
Soothing massage oil: Certified 100% organic.
